This is a Batterie Clip for an Accu Pack with size like an Anker PowerCore 5000.
You can mount this on a Oculus Quest 2 Elite Strap or an derivat of it with two cable ties.
If your Accu Pack dosend fit exactli you can fix it with rubber bands. There will be two positions on it.
For the USB cable I used a 30cm USB-C (90°) to USB-A Kabel. You need an 50cm if you want fix the capel on the Strap
