elliptical resistance disc

This is to replace the plastic of an elliptical resistance wheel. This wheel is used in several low end models from many different brands (mine is proform). It is a complete redesign as the original was prone to breaking. #6 threaded inserts and 1/4" steel rod will be needed to complete the build.
this was a high effort endeavor fueled by the need to not waist.
