Emax Hawk 5 Battery strap bracket

This bracket is used to prevent the battery strap from sliding around during a crash. This helps prevent batteries being ejected from the quad during a crash, and potentially keeping you from being eliminated from a race, or having to search for a missing quad.

Printed in PLA the weight is 2.5g.

This is first revision. plan to lengthen to to be a snug fit in the front / back direction. I may also make it more narrow to better align with the bottom arm plate.

To Install it, simply slide it into the frame between the main plate and bottom plate of the frame, where your battery strap goes. The flat side of the bracket faces down toward the bottom of the quad. The flexible tabs act as springs, keeping it centered and preventing it from falling out when you don't have a battery strap and battery installed.
