Work in progress. One step closer to SLA. Bear with me, this is my first attempt designing for resin and I have yet to print it. Aiming to proof it on a Creality LD-002H which should fit.
The "alt" version uses a uniform embossing of 0.5mm all over. Extra depth on the top and bottom was a hangover from the FDM design but might still help with elephant's foot in SLA by sanding back the extra material. Still undecided but I think I prefer the uniform embossing. Also "ss" is Sans Support, should you want to add your own.
Back to using TinkerCad for the final boolean. Looks like the complexity has risen enough to make everything else fall over. There were still a few glitches (caused by non-manifold but perfectly reasonable geometry like solids meeting at a single edge) but I think I fixed them.
I've a good mind to take this down to the local foundry and get it cast in bronze.
UPDATE 8-28-2022: Incorporated extended spring guide from other branch. A few tweaks to hollows. Perha
