* Boa offers warranty replacements
* I broke the dial on my cycling boots
* the warranty process took way too long to arrive so I made my own tool to stand in for the knob
* the remnants of the knob were sufficient to turn it, but was extremely uncomfortable/painful to operate
* luckily it broke in such a way that 2 channels remained with which I could key into with a tool
* this tool will *only* work if your dial still has the same channels after breaking
