This is a emergency bump shut off switch
I need something for my wood chipper to turn off the motor in an emergency or quickly turn it off.
So it is 4 pieces the body or the box, the top, the plunger switch, and the plunger stop to keep it from coming out of the casing.
There is a hole in the plunger on the bottom, and the plunger stop for a self tapping flat headed screw press the them together after inserting the plunger through the top.
This is setup to use a dip switch as the electrical, there are no holes for the wiring just for you can drill it wherever you want. the plunger sits loose so i put some blue painters tape on the plunger to give it some friction to hold it in place, if you want to leave it loose you can also use this a buzzer button like on a gameshow.
I wrapped it in aluminum foil tape that i got from the 99c only store to help keep it water tight and help with any heat.
If any one wants me to change what kind of switch or you want to do i
