Employee name tag

An employee name tag. Both the names and company name are customizable using OpenSCAD. Magnets Magnets: 4 pieces needed per name tag. (they are securely attaching)Size: Cylinder 8mm diameter x 2.6mm height Print instructions You should do a pause print to add the magnets to the name tag at:  3.2mm, layer 16: put in “add pause print” Make sure you position the magnets correctly: The two magnets in the text should point “up”, the two in the holder piece should point “down”. (Where up/down is either north or south pole, doesnt matter). Ideally follow the same polarity for all name tags. Also for the top text, do a filament change to make them stand out, e.g. with white filament against a dark base. Customization You can also customize the nameplate to show your needed names and company.  Just downlod the SCAD file. Then install OpenSCAD on your own computer and follow the customizing instructions on this page.
