I made this plaque for my dad, who runs the EMS training program at the local community college. The symbol at the bottom is the work of NMiller77505.
To print this I started with gold and had Cura pause just before it started printing the letters so I could switch to blue. It turned out pretty nice. It was a moderately difficult print on my printer because being so thin it badly wanted to warp. Terrific plate adhesion would help with that, but at the time I had a slightly warped plywood build plate, so good plate adhesion wasn't a thing for me. (I've since switched to glass and would try to print this again if my list of projects to print wasn't already unmanagably large.)
Also, you will absolutely need to turn on "Print thin walls" or whatever the equivalent to it is in your slicer.
Since it's kind of hard to read in the Thingiview, the inscription is this:
Any man can save a life. He needs only be in the right place at the right time.
A man who actively seeks to put h
