This is a mount for a micro switch to detect when you run out of filament. This if for 1.75mm filament but can easily be modified to fit 3mm filament. it is designed to mount to an enclosure. i use the Ikea enclosure. I have included the solidworks and STEP file so you can modify the part as each micro switch is slightly different.
Just connect the switch to your Octopi GPIO pins and use the Enclosure plugin to read your input and decide what to do when you run out of filament. i set mine to pause the print.
