Enclosure Mounted Spool Holder - for Direct Drive Setups
Designed to hold small (250g), medium (1kg), and large (2.2kg) filament roles safely suspended from upper enclosure rails. This takes the stress of the printer frame. The Creality Enclosure has 16mm diameter tubes that make the frame so it has been designed to accommodate that size tubing.
The DirectDrive Filament Guide will slide onto the 20x20 extrusion which is standard on the Ender3. The guide contains freely rotating "captured" ball that has a clearance of 0.60mm from its frame. A small section of PTFE tube is inserted into the ball to guide the filament down to a direct-drive extruder.
Required Hardware:
* M3x20 Hex Head Screws (Qty: 4) - These are used to connect the ArmClamps to the Spool Arms.
* M4x12 Hex Head Screws (Qty: 2) - These are used to secure the 16mm diameter pipe to the Spool Arms.
* 1/2in x 18.5in CPVC pipe "Water Supply Pipe"
* 1.75mm PTFE tube, approximately 30mm. Max diam
