I kept misplacing my binder clips used to hold the build surface onto the build plate on my Elegoo Neptune 2 as my printer is set up on a black table so I added on a shallow tray to this end cap piece to put them in. I also beveled the parts that fit into extrusion but its still a really tight fit.
interface of the pegs between end cap and the tray should be reasonably tight but may depend on your print settings. I've added slight bevels to the points touching the print bed to help fitting them together.
