Ender 2 LCD mod for SD card reader

This is a very quick re-work of Jeoncs fantastic design. I wanted to use a standard SD card reader with mine, so I edited the basic design file by adding a space for a standard SD card to the left of the screen. I prefer to use SD cards as I then don't need to use adapters to put in to my laptop, and who hasn't got a load of old sd cards lying around?!

There's nothing special here, and my work in no way makes Jeoncs design better, just a simple work around. The remix source files are listed and all credit goes to him.
