Just a small spacer to increase the tension on the extruder feed spring.
For some reason on mine the spring was almost fully open and wasn't putting enough pressure on the filament for the drive motor to get a good grip.
These re designed to fit over the little nubs that the spring sits on, but be small enough so that the spring is still centred by them. You can of course scale the z-axis to any level that you may require for your tensioning needs!
