Ender 3 Bed Handle + Level Lock combo

I was adding wheel locks to my Ender 3 Pro to keep the bed locked and level but also needed a way to pull out the bed while it's hot.

I found the bed level locks but also felt like combining the work in this design - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3563665 (I couldn't find a way to add in a second make for remix credit)

This is for the left hand side front of the bed in addition to all of the parts from the original bed level lock (Thing # 4765153)
