Ender 3 Bed Level

This is my custom .gcode for mesh leveling (paper). This is for the standard (I'm sure others) Ender 3 printers.

* Fast
* Hits all four corners and the center
* Repeats four times
* Heats build plate to 60c and turns it off at completion

NOTE

I prefer old school mesh bed leveling with plain old computer paper rather than constantly mess with ABLs of any sort.

Bed Level 1 has M25 pause code.
Bed Level 2 has M0 pause code.
