This LED light bar is designed to slot into the left hand 4040 extrusion of an Ender 3 or Ender 3 Pro. It accepts 8mm width LED strips.
I found that with only overhead LED lighting, the hot end cast a shadow and prevented me from seeing what was happening on my first few layers when monitoring via Octoprint.
This solution lights the area under the hot end sufficiently.
There are two options for the "Upright" file, one near and one far from the bed. The "Upright Far" file keeps the LED bar totally away from the bed. The "Upright Near" file brings it closer, and the LED bar itself may overlap the bed depending on your orientation. But it should clear the bed regardless of choice.
