Ender 3 Cable Chain Redux

Just a basic remix of [johnniewhisky's OG cable chain](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060) and [Vijit's remix](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3491926) to reduce some filament use.

For all other parts in the diagram, check out their files.

The cover should print just fine without supports as they are (vertically).

History:
As Vijit has kindly pointed out, I have accidentally uploaded everything upscaled by 10x. I have since replaced 'v4' with 'v4.1'. If you are still using the old 'v4' files, it should be fine to just print at 10% scale.
