On the Ender 3's narrow filament holder the CCTree 1kg filament spools exert quite a bit of resistance before rotating a few degrees.
This insert decreases the resistance significantly, and probably decrease the wear at the entrance to the extruder gear.
They are quick to print and reusable.
2018/08/11 - Added 6mm, 8mm & 10mm thick versions. I mainly use the 10mm.
