Remix! See original Thing for backplate and mounting instructions.
I liked the design of the MinV2, BUT I modified it to fit on my direct drive setup. Currently running the official Creality Direct Drive setup, which places the extruder directly over the hotend, which severely limits your cooling options.
The only thing you have to do to be able to run this cooler is adjust your extruder UP to the top of the elongated holes (circled in red in picture). When my DD kit arrived, the extruder was at the bottom of the holes. Depending on where yours is setup, you could technically get away with just moving the extruder up, but I cut a new bowden tube anyways (about 4-5mm longer than standard). You can also reuse the smaller black screws that held the 4010 blower onto the stock hotend to secure the fangs to the fan mount.
WORK IN PROGRESS. Parts up currently are V3, I'm testing V4, and I'm working on a side mounted blower fan (either 4010 or 5020) for more efficient part cooling.
