For the spool holder you need a M8x25 hexagon bolt and a M8 nut.
The spool holder can then be fixed without tools.
The spool holder is flat on the side so that it can be printed lying on its side, making it as stable as possible.
You don't need more than 30% infill for printing. Two rolls fit on the spool holder without any problems.
