A replacement for the extruder bracket on the Ender 3 as a lot of them are not bent correctly which causes issues in Z travel.
*** THIS MIGHT NOT WORK WITH STOCK EXTRUDER DUE TO BRASS NUT BEING IN THE WAY. I DO NOT USE THE STOCK EXTRUDER AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ITS AN ISSUE IN COMMENTS AND I WILL REMIX AGAIN + MOVE THE STEPPER A BIT FURTHER BACK ***
Print with high infill (I used 50% grid) and at least 1mm thick top / bottom / shells.
You may need to bore the holes slightly depending on your printers tolerances. You will probably also need slightly longer M3 bolts to attach the extruder stepper as the top plate is thicker to add strength.
You need to put the bolts for the outside wheels the other way around so the nuts are on the front to use this as there is not enough space to get a spanner on the locknut otherwise. Also the brass nut should sit on top of the plate, with bolts inserted from below.
Apologies for the terrible picture. I did
