Ender 3 Feeder Filament Guide

I really liked the filament guide created by FlintWeiss, but after several hours of printing it began squeaking, due to the groove cut into the hook by the filament.

I decided to re-design the guide to use a bearing-backed pulley instead. It is designed for a pulley the same dimensions as the one in the stock feeder on the Ender 3, and you can also buy sufficiently similar pulleys here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N5CGRZ8
