I've designed this filament guide, with a container for a piece of sponge to filter some dust. This prevent the filament to touch the greased rod and clean the filament at the same time. So you have two solutions in one!
There are two parts, the body that is held by the rod screws, and the lid of the sponge container.
It was designed for Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 V2. Let me know in comments if it goes well with other printers.
