Remix of @Holspeed excellent Filament Roller Guide, changed to utilize 604 bearings like these from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M2CSJE4/
Takes an M4x16 screw to hold the bearing in place. The hole facing the back is 4mm, facing the front is 3.3mm so you should be able to just run the screw in from the back without using any fasteners.
