Ender 3 Filament Guide

I like having open version of my filament guides. So downloaded the file, and added a cut to the filament hole with SCAD. Needless to say that this filament guide was NOT designed by me. I just added a small modification to suite my need and then uploaded here to benefit someone else that was in search of such thing.
