Ender 3 filament guide -- updated bolt pattern

I found borjang's original filament guide (linked below) had a bolt pattern distance of 17.9mm which did not fit my Ender well given the model's tight tolerances. This part expands the bolt pattern to the 19mm, which is the distance I measured on a newer Ender 3 (as of 12/5/2018). I also increased the tolerance around the lead screw guide by 0.5mm. The lead screw guide measures 10mm and the original part only allows for 10.5mm. There's no reason for tight tolerances here, so this makes it more forgiving to fit.

Before printing borjang's or this model, I would measure from center to center on the bolts and see if you're closer to 18 vs 19mm. In the future, I think the bolt pattern should be slotted a bit or the tolerances loosened so it will work on all Ender 3s.
