Ender 3 Hinged Filament Sensor

-Added more space to grab the filament between sensor and stepper, as well as allowing the hinge to work
-Changed position of filament exit to line up with stepper entrance properly
-added hinge to remove filament easily, as well as falls out of the way when filament is empty for retraction
-Thicker

UPDATED with stop to avoid bending up and jamming. (hinge only falls down when empty now, instead of possibly going up and jamming during printing)
