Fast and simple design to lighten up the Ender 3 hotend without resetting die Z-Offset.

I used 5V LED stripe and connected it to the USB-Port of my Octoprint.
The LED-mount gets screwed on top of the BLTouch-mount using the stock screws. In my case it is a BLTouch v3
