I wanted an enclosure for my Ender 3 so that I would have the option to print ABS. This design requires two lack tables and potentially a few wire extensions depending on the placement of the electronics. It is ideal to remove them from the enclosure to keep them cool.
Hardware:
To mount the electronics use M3 M3x8 bolts for the controller board (designed for an SKR V1.3), Raspberry Pi, and buck converter, M3x35 bolts to hold the electronics enclosure together, and M3x16 bolts to hold the 4010 fans in place.
I used #6 wood screws for mounting everything to the lack tables. I used 1-1/4" long screws for the outermost corners of the leg extensions as shown in the pictures, everywhere else 5/8" long screws can be used.
Panels:
All of the openings are about 450 mm wide by 520 mm tall, as long as your panels are larger than that in at least one dimension (by enough to put screws in of course) you'll be fine. The measurements do not have to be exact as the entire side
