Ender 3 Max filament guide

This is a filament guide for the Ender 3 Max for those who have opted to place their spools on top of the gantry. Other filament guides I've tried tend to be too low if you have anything connected to the z-axis screw (like a knob), so this one turns up and away.
I only put in one insert (the other slot is obstructed by bolts for the z-screw housing), and added a hex nut and M3 hole to secure it to the gantry.
Main drawback is there isn't an efficient way to print this. Just need to go with supports - but block the ones for the nut and bolt.
