Ender 3 Max Z Endstop Fix

Just got my new Ender 3 Max and was disappointed to find that my Z endstop was so high that I would have to completely loosen the screws on the bed to get the extruder to touch the bed. This fixes it so that it is close enough that you only need to slightly loosen the screws.
