Ender 3 Mount for Pi Camera Module V2

Redesign of (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3453624).

My changes:

1. Changed cover from Sainsmart 5MP camera to Raspberry Pi Camera v2.1 8MB
2. Reduced size of arm from 100% to 98%. This makes a tighter joint that doesn't come loose. If you need a tighter fit, reduce this down to 99%.

I would suggest using at least a 24" camera cable (or larger) depending on where your Raspberry Pi is located.
