You need to print two of the desired model to sandwich the refill and spring inside!
A conversion for the Ender 3 and any other compatible printers. This uses a parker-style refill and a pen spring (diameter of 4mm) to keep it on the print surface and to compensate for slightly uneven beds.
For the slicer settings I use settings for CuraSlicer outlined in this video [https://youtu.be/56uKWJLXtW0?si=UvB3015BzriYbqtu&t=95] and use a jpg to svg, and svg to stl converter commonly found online (make sure the produced stl file is 0.015mm tall). The penplotter replicates the positioning of the original nozzle so that the entire print bed is still useable, however replacing it in exchange meaning you cannot print with this conversion installed.
The files named Penplotter+ have the option of using two additional M3x12 screws to clamp the bottom shut. This isn't required, but may be nice to have.
