Ender 3/Pro Case Makerbase MKS Skipr

This a remix to fit the Makerbase MKS Skipr to an Ender 3 PRO with mounting for mosfet and relay module.

- UPDATE 1.1
Dropped enclosure down 2 mm to make clearance for x axis driver.
Modified Right Lid to make easier to print
Added cable tie points for wires and cables
Added 0.5mm clearance to entire enclosure
Removed MOSFET as not needed. Heated Bed output follows input voltage

Right Lid modified as still not enough clearance for x axis driver. Good now though. Please reprint.
