Ender 3 Pro hot end cable chain mount

To complement horizontal cable chain and extruder chain holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3861540) of Ender 3 Pro on the hot end side. Fits tight on the bearing pipes of wheels carrying hot end without requiring a screw and stabilizes the wheel screws.
Uses xend from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060, so you can use the same xend cover to fix the cable sock.

v2 April 2nd, 2020 . This version is 1cm shorter from the right and 2mm elevates the xend. This design helps nozzle to reach slightly better position on X axis (if anybody tries to print something that large).
