Ender 3 Pro PSU relocation

I remixed this excellent idea to accommodate 2 changes:

1: Flipped the PSU so vent slots and fan are facing downward. This is only feasible for printers that have riser feet that introduces space underneath the frame (see thumbnails). Without that gap, the fan will be pretty much blocked off by whatever surface the printer is sitting on
2: Eliminated the combo power plug/switch component, to be replaced with a simple C14 power socket. The power switch will be moved up front near the control panel to be more accessible, where I think it should have been from the very start. :)

Printing of this component is happening right now, with the left side estimated at about 5 hours, the right side just over 12 hours. Photos (and design if necessary) will be updated after completion and mounting.
