Ender 3 Pro Scraper holder with clips

This is basically a remix of the original scraper holder by @historyhunters. However, that design required the control box to be removed.
So I remixed it by adding clips at the back (instead of sliders) so that the holder can just be clipped onto the rails, no need to remove anything.
Also, I like to have my scraper upright, instead of at an angle, so made changes for that too.

Tip: Use supports only for the clips. The rest of the model doesn't really need support.
