I basically re-modeled the original riser feet because it didn't fit my printer perfectly and I wanted to be able to fine tune it.
As the original creator instructed:
- You should print it sideways, so that rails are vertical and print well.
- No support needed, the overhang should print well.
- Rip off the original rubber pad carefully.
- Don't clean the glue off of the rubber feet so it sticks even better.
- You might need to remove larger glue residue from the printer, but don't clean it perfectly. You want to keep some friction.
- Use a small rocking motion to slide the rail in. It should slide into the extrusion profiles smoothly, without much force.
