If for some reason you want to lift your ender up 15mm, here you go! there are 4 models in 1 file.
The weird ones are for the back, since the Ender 3 Max Neo has screws blocking the V-Slot there.
They may be hard to get in but that is intentional to prevent vibration. Use a Hammer or piece of wood if you have trouble.
