Ender 3 Roller Filament Guide - Modified

While I like the concept of the roller filament guide, I had a couple of issues with it. First, I didn't like the way it mounted to the printer. Mine was fairly loose, and though it did stay on I was concerned about it getting shaken off during long prints. I also wanted one that was a little longer to give a more gentle path to the extruder.

To address those items, I added a tab to the top of the body that hooks over the top rail of the printer, locking it in place. It still wiggles a little, but I don't think there's any reasonable chance of it falling off. I also extended the arm a bit further. I was lazy and just extended the opening rather than lengthening the whole arm, which would have required a decent amount of tweaking of the angles and such. It works for me, someone is welcome to do a remix that looks prettier if they want. :-)

I also made the whole body a little thicker so it would stand up to the extra strain of the longer arm. Maybe not necessary, but I'm happy with
