Ender 3 Roller Filament Guide

This is a filament guide I designed for my Ender 3. I couldn’t find one that I liked, and I was extremely tired of filament shavings from it dragging across the aluminum infeed.
You could install this with the original MK8 Extruder drive feed for half the cost of the upgraded MK8 Aluminum Extruder drive feed, and the filament won’t cut into the original Plastic MK8 Extruder.
This connects to the Z Axis stepper motor bracket where the threaded brass nut is attached. You can use the original M3x10 mm screws, but I replaced mine with cap screws.
The wheel assembly requires a M5X20 mm screw, flat washer where the head of the screw contacts the plastic bracket, and a lock washer and nut on the wheel side.
I had to clean out the 3 mm holes with a drill bit to get the screws in. The M5 screw will thread into the 5 mm hole.
This was printed with PLA at 225 end, 60 bed, at a .12 layer height with 1.5 mm wall thickness, and it took about an hour. I printed it with the side down a
