Ender 3 S1: 0mm Y-axis offset mod

This will fix the issue of the first layer not following the mesh correctly, seems odd, it did to me too, but it works.Bit of a bitch to print lol, I used tree support and that worked well.Best in PETG rather than PLA but PLA will work fine.You will need 2x M3 nuts to secure the CRTouch.Change X-axis offset to -48.5mm and Y-axis offset to 0mmZ-axis offset is around -0.8mm
