Small hanger that can be inserted into Ender 3 stock filament spool holder. It is exactly the right size to hold a pair of pliers or cutters.
**NB! Small studs on top and bottom prevent it from rotating, but you have to make sure the spool holder itself is rotated properly, so that small holes are right above each other.**
Printing the whole plate takes around 18 minutes on Ender 3 V2 and uses less than a meter of filament. Parts are a very tight fit.
