Ender 3 Tool Holder Remix

I remixed this tool holder after the portion intended to secure the holder to he frame snapped when putting the holder on -and then wouldn't fit if it didn't break; now it fits securely and is reinforced -but just in case there is also a hole for an M3 screw and t-nut for attachment as backup. ;)

I also changed up the snipper holder to be a little simpler and with just enough space for tweezers as well if desired, there is still an end stop to prevent things sliding off (the stop is very small, but works well).
