Ender 3 Top Filament Guide

I really love the filament guide [4024617](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4024617) near my extruder. The wheel turning on a piece of filament (or in my case a bit of metalic wire) is just so much better than the scraping of some other guides.

Based on that I wanted a guide at the top near my spool - with a long insert into the top V-rail, because another guide I had before would too easily drop out of the V-rail. Finally I don't want the filament move out of the guide on its own (again, a problem my earlier guide had), so a second wheel can lock it in place.

I printed this without supports, but with bridging enabled in Cura. The fit is very tight, but I prefer that over things falling out.
