Ender 3 - Top Mount LCD Display

This simple mod allows you to relocate the Ender 3 controls & display to the top 2020 rail, as per the pictures

Note, you will need the following to make this work
-Extended 10-pin ribbon cable (about 1 meter is needed - I managed to pick up the cable and some end clips for $3 at the local electronics store)
-2 x M4 screws (short - to secure LCD Mount to 2020 rail on top)
-4 x M3 screws (about 15mm - to secure rear panel to mount)

I have included the Sketchup .Skp design files for anyone who wishes to make any changes to the design
