Ender-3 Usb card reader plug for tool holder

Do like the tool holder made by lifififi (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3057351) especially because it holds the usb card reader but it was driving me crazy plugging the cover on the adapter off and on just to be able to put it on the tool holder.

So I made this really fast, it's not perfect, it comes up a bit to high and the usb card reader connection sits a bit lose when in the slot.

Feel free to fix a better version, I'm to lazy :P
