Ender 3/V2 Bed Leveling Knob Tool

I made these to help a friend with rheumatoid arthritis that a tough time reaching and rotating the bed leveling nuts on their Ender 3 V2.

Simple: put the tool's pegs in the holes of the appropriate leveling nut so you can adjust it easier, but since there are so many common models out there, there isn't a "one size fits all" version.

Mk. I: Stock leveling nuts that come with the Ender 3 V2 that says "down up" with left and right arrows.
Mk. II: 57mm diameter blue nut with hexagonal holes that you can find with silicone spacer packs.
Mk. III: 60mm red (or sometimes blue) model with triangular holes that are usually found with the upgraded yellow bed springs.+
Mk. IV: 50mm black nut that looks like a scaled down stock nut, but only says "UP" with an arrow going in one direction.+

+ I don't personally have these versions, but they should still fit.
