Ender 3 V2 - E Step Gauge

Rebuilt/Remixed this idea specifically for the Ender 3 V2. Due to the closeness of the Z screw, the slot for the filament needed to be closer to the one side. I also liked the idea of adding some text to the top so I could print that in a different color. The slot itself is 1.77 mm so filament can be pushed into it and it stays for easier marking.
