Ender 3 V2 Neo Tool Holder (small version)

I recently upgraded to direct drive and my new placement of the spool holder got in the way of this. Additionally, I did not use the allen keys or screw drivers often enough to need them permentantly available so I made a smaller version of the tool that will fit on the left hand side.
